1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of products operated by BSCC (“BSCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Washington limited liability company. The products include Lumina (voxor.shop), Voxor Presenter, and Voxor Rental (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Service Description

BSCC operates a portfolio of cloud-based SaaS platforms designed for appointment-based, rental, and presentation businesses. Lumina provides scheduling, client management, AI-powered phone and chat assistants, SMS notifications, analytics, and related business tools. Voxor Presenter provides presentation and pitch tooling. Voxor Rental provides rental management functionality. Each product may have additional product-specific terms communicated within the product.

3. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

Lumina offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial, you have full access to platform features. After the trial period ends, you must select a paid subscription plan to continue using the service.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may reactivate your account.

6. AI Services

The Services integrate AI-powered features including phone call handling, chat assistants, and SMS automation. These features are provided using third-party AI models (including Anthropic’s Claude) and telecommunications providers (including Twilio).

Your use of the Services is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not liable for any disruption caused by third-party service outages.

8. SMS Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number through any of the Services, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from BSCC. SMS messages are sent via Twilio. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier. Message frequency is typically 3-5 messages per booking. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Services, including business information and client records. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Services. For full details on how we collect, store, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, code, and branding, are the intellectual property of BSCC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business operations. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSCC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services’ reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content and recommendations should not be considered professional advice.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Services, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
