This Privacy Policy explains how BSCC (“BSCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Washington limited liability company, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you interact with our products: Lumina (voxor.shop), Voxor Presenter, and Voxor Rental (collectively, the “Services”). We are committed to safeguarding your data and being transparent about our practices.

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, a fully managed, serverless database with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Firebase Authentication for secure identity management.
Data is organized in a multi-tenant architecture, meaning each business’s data is isolated and scoped to their account. We implement Firestore security rules to enforce access control at the database level.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data using best practices.
We share data with the following third-party services solely to operate the Services:
Used for phone calls, SMS messaging, and voice services. Call recordings and SMS content are processed and stored by Twilio in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Used to power AI phone assistants, chat widgets, and intelligent features. Conversation data is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models when accessed via their API. See Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
Used for payment processing. We do not store your full credit card number. All payment data is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Used for authentication, data storage, and hosting infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number, your clients’ phone numbers, or any SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies regardless of any other consents you provide. Phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver transactional SMS messages required to provide the Services. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are not transferred to or shared with any third party for any purpose other than enabling the Services (e.g., carrier delivery via our SMS infrastructure provider, currently Telnyx).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your clients’ data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Services.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Upon account cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our systems. Backups may persist for up to 90 days before full removal.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale (though we do not sell personal data). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EU/EEA residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing your data is contractual necessity (to provide the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (to improve and secure the platform). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

By providing your phone number to BSCC or any of the Services — online via a public booking or signup page, by phone with one of our AI assistants, or via a chat widget — you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from BSCC and the Service through which you opted in. These messages include:
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Message frequency depends on your appointment activity — typically 3 to 5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To resume messages later, reply START or UNSTOP.

Phone Number Sharing: See Section 6 — we do not share or sell phone numbers or SMS consent records with any third party for promotional purposes.
Phone Calls: Incoming calls to our business phone numbers may be answered by an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance and to facilitate appointment booking and service delivery. By calling, you consent to AI-assisted call handling and call recording where permitted by law.
The Services use browser local storage and session storage to maintain your login state, preferences, and selected location. We use Firebase Analytics which may set cookies to understand usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
The Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
